Fundamental Yoga for Women

Explore yoga postures that specifically relate to women’s health issues and increase our vitality and strengthen our immune systems. Learn how to approach and adapt your yoga practice to honor the stages of life, including specific techniques to ease the symptoms of:

  • stress
  • migraines
  • pelvic pain
  • menopause
  • low back pain
  • menstrual cramps
  • premenstrual syndrome

This workshop is for all women interested in developing a deeper awareness of their bodies and its many cycles. Expect asana practice, pranayama and somatic movement as we come together from many paths with the common purpose of uplifting ourselves and each other.

$40 before 4/22, $45 after

Cancellation Policy for Workshops:

  • Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis. Your spot is not guaranteed unless you prepay for it. Class size is limited to just 10-12 students.
  • Cancellations 7 or more days prior to start of a workshop will receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop, I will only be able to issue a refund if you are able to find a replacement for your reserved space.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the workshop, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.
