Come learn how to begin, rekindle, or grow your home yoga practice. Discover simple ways to progress your personal practice so that it becomes a part of your every-day life. This workshop will provide you with the tools and resources you will need to build and sustain a yoga practice that’s perfect for you. Participants will learn how to:
- Create a practice space in your home
- Set realistic goals while identifying personal obstacles
- Sequence your yoga practice while reviewing the types of poses and their effects
- Customize your practice for your own body and its needs
- Utilize breath and meditation techniques
- Use resources to aid you on your journey
All levels of yogis are welcome - whether you’re looking to begin a home practice, or deepen one that you already have. Some yoga experience is required.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops
- Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis. Your spot is not guaranteed unless you prepay for it. Class size is limited to just 10-12 students.
- Cancellations 7 or more days prior to start of a workshop will receive a full refund.
- For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop, I will only be able to issue a refund if you are able to find a replacement for your reserved space.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the workshop, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.
